Paul Jackson is an Associate Broker and real estate instructor with experience spanning entrepreneurship, education leadership, brokerage management, and commercial real estate. A Tybee Island native, Paul began his career as a restaurateur before earning a master’s degree in education and serving as a school principal and coach. Paul entered real estate in 2014 and later served as Broker in Charge for a Savannah commercial brokerage. Today, he advises clients across Georgia and South Carolina through Coast & Country Commercial, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners evaluate property and investment opportunities with practical guidance and disciplined negotiation. His leadership background, teaching experience, and knowledge of coastal markets allow him to explain complex decisions clearly while keeping transactions focused on the client’s objectives. Outside of real estate, Paul is active in his church and enjoys time with his family, boating, fishing, and crabbing along the Georgia coast.
